Established as a bed and breakfast in 2008, Birdsong Cottage is a two bedroomed, finely furnished bed and breakfast. The name Birdsong will become apparent the moment you arrive, the birds are keen to be heard.

With fantastic access to the A1, a vista that will astound and a wonderfully furnished set of rooms Birdsong is an ideal retreat that provides a base for one to explore this historical region.

A traditional Northumbrian cottage in every sense, Birdsong oozes character from every angle.

Run by Richard &  Sandra Beesley, you can expect a warm welcome to the cottage and an excellent breakfast in the morning!

Birdsong Cottage is a perfect location for guests attending weddings and events at venues such as Ellingham Hall, Doxford Hall, Doxford Barns, Charlton Hall and Newton Hall.
