Booking
We usually only accept bookings for two nights or more. If you would like to stay for one night only, please contact us either by email or telephone to check availability for the night you would like to stay.
For our multi night discount, please choose 3 nights or more.
Payment:
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the booking.
Payments by cash, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard, American Express – no charge.
Terms & Conditions
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given.
A reservation or booking for accommodation at Birdsong Cottage is accepted by the Owner as provisional only and does not constitute acceptance until the reservation/booking is checked and a confirmation is issued by the Owner.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a booking or bookings for personal reasons, we will notify you and do all in our power to ensure that you are offered alternative quality accommodation and any monies received will be returned to you in full.

Check in is after 4 pm.
Check out is before 10.30 am
